CartPing Terms of Service

CartPing is a managed WhatsApp recovery service operated by Rizqtek. By using the service, merchants authorize CartPing to process store events, configure automation flows, and send WhatsApp messages through the merchant’s approved Meta business assets.

The one-time setup fee covers implementation work and is non-refundable. Monthly plan refunds are available only under the stated recovery guarantee and require complete store access, functioning integrations, and active cooperation during the 30-day guarantee window.

Merchants remain responsible for customer consent, commerce compliance, product claims, and the accuracy of store data sent to CartPing. Abuse, illegal messaging, or violation of Meta platform rules may result in immediate suspension.
