CartPing Privacy Policy

CartPing collects the minimum business and customer data required to run abandoned cart recovery and WhatsApp automation for connected stores. This includes store metadata, order and cart events, WhatsApp delivery events, and billing usage records.

Customer data processed through CartPing is used only to deliver recovery and confirmation messages configured by the connected merchant. We do not sell merchant or end-customer data. Access is restricted to authorized team members and infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Merchants are responsible for obtaining the required customer consent under applicable laws and Meta policies. CartPing stores operational logs, analytics, and webhook payloads to support delivery, retries, debugging, and billing accuracy.
